Optiano color and clear contact lenses are high-quality products manufactured in accordance with international safety standards (CE, FDA, ISO) and comply with the European General Product Safety Directive (GPSD). If you are new to contact lens, we recommend consulting an optician or healthcare professional.


These lenses are designed for cosmetic purposes, to enhance or change the color of the eyes. They are for flexible wear (to be worn while awake and removed before sleeping), with replacement intervals of 6 months. They are not intended for use while sleeping. If you experience imitation or any signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.


ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION


Once we receive your order, we will call you on WhatsApp & send a confirmation email to your provided address, along with these terms of use and an invoice. For customer service, we recommend using the same email address & contact number for all communication with us.


CLEARANCE SALE


Please Note: Discounts or sales considered clearance items, Terms and conditions:

  • No Refunds: Clearance items are not eligible for refunds, even if found to be defective or damaged

COMPLAINTS

As a customer, it is important to thoroughly inspect your products upon receiving your shipment to ensure they are not damaged and are the correct items. If you notice any damage, whether visible or hidden, you must report it to the carrier immediately. If the product you receive is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
